I know you.

I know you’re are creative, optimistic and you never give up.

I know you’re passionate about what you do, and that you’re determined to succeed with your biz

I also know that you have to do #allthethings, all the time, and that sometimes it can just be too much.

I know because I was there.

I know you’ve been up all night to finish an order for the next day (wedding cake anyone?).

I know you’ve had that sinking feeling when your customer messages to say their Etsy parcel hasn’t arrived.

I know you’ve done those sums over and over, trying to work out how to increase your income with what your own two hands can create.

No matter what your experience has been so far, you want to grow and scale your business, but keep on hitting that wall.

  • You can’t raise your prices any more
  • You can’t make more stuff
  • You don’t want to even consider hiring someone else to help with production

I know, because I was there.

Here’s more things I know about you

You have a big fat dream for your business

You will invest time and $$ learning new systems and tools, if you’re sure of the benefit

You know inside that you can create an online biz that’s profitable and fun with products that your customers can’t get enough of.

(and here’s the killer)..you’re so busy MAKING your stuff, there’s no time to sort out how to break through to the next stage.

well hello!

I’m Lisa and my entire purpose is to help you transform your talents into profitable,  passive income streams.

How did I get into this?

Many years ago, before the interwebs were even a thing, I bought a sewing machine and started a business on my kitchen table, quite literally. I made high-end baby clothes to order and advertised in one of the posh British newspapers. I loved it, it was successful, but I could only do so much. I didn’t want to go down the route of finding pice workers (control freak? me? 😉).

I’ve been a serial creator: I’ve made wedding cakes (still icing at 3am), I’ve made quilts (nobody will pay what they cost in time), and done clothes alterations (same).

And then I discovered digital products. I owe it all to this little guy.

Llama applique machine embroidery design by Flowerdog Designs

I wanted an embroidery machine, and being the control freak, I wanted to create the embroidery files too. Who wants to spend a few quid on a ready-to-go design when you can spend hours learning the software to make your own, right?

I loaded my llama onto Etsy and set myself the target of selling enough designs to pay for the machine. And I LOVED what happened next.

Going on for four years later, Etsy and my own website keep on sending me cash, every week.

I could keep designing embroidery files and make a good living too, but what I saw in the seller’s groups on Facebook set me on my current path.

I saw so many talented and passionate makers suffering burnout and exhaustion and frustration with their handmade businesses because they can’t scale what they can make with their own two hands. I wanted to shout at them: you need to add digital products

And I saw makers who were going round in circles, desperate to do just that, but overwhelmed with all the information and choices out there.

Can you identify with that?

More than anything, I want to help you grow your handmade business with digital products, too.

Through online courses, free webinars, a Facebook community, and more, I help brilliant, creative sewists and makers LIKE YOU, stand out online.

I specialise in topics like setting and achieving business goals, streamlining your systems and processes, and launching your products to an eager audience.

One more thing, I want to invite you to join my email community, the Passive Creative Insiders (it’s totally FREE).

I share my best stuff with the Insiders first. You’ll also get the heads up for any offers and new trainings before they go live.
